7 Classic Family Christmas Movies

It just seems right to watch a holiday or Christmas movie during the holiday season. One of the best ways to do it is by getting a good classic and popping it in your DVD player with a bag of popcorn. Some people have problems with deciding what movies to watch so I have provided 7 classic family movies that everyone can enjoy from 5 years of age to 50 years old.

7 Classic Family Movies:
1. I have to start this off with the old time family classic Miracle On 34th Street. Doris Walker plays the perfect mother and raising her child not to believe in fantasy until she meets Santa Clause.

2. A Christmas Carol is a favorite with many people. It's about Ebenezer Scrooge based on Charles Dickens book.

3. White Christmas with Bing Cosby in it will have you singing and praying for snow when you see it. If you are missing snow, you are not the only one.

4. The Bells of St.Mary's is another favorite with Bing Cosby as he plays Father O'Malley and wins the heart with many of the sisters in the catholic school.

5. Home Alone is a movie that all of the family is sure to enjoy. Kevin McCallister is accidently left at home during the holidays and has to try and save their house from the bad guys.

6. Who doesn't enjoy Bill Murray? A lot of people loved him in Scrooged because he is always funny plus sentimental.

7. Last but not least is The Bishop's Wife with Cary Grant. If you believe in Angels you will love Cary Grant and if you don't believe in Angels...maybe you might after watching this.

When it is snowing outside and you do not have anything to do you really should consider at least watching one of these old time family movies and turn it into a tradition.
